The architect has skilfully succeeded to design 3 villas with a great eye for detail!

Each villa has been placed in such a way to ensure a maximum of privacy. The villas will have a secured gate at the beginning of the private road of 90 m to ensure your privacy and security at all times.

The construction is of a high quality and built in Siporex (light concrete blocks). This material is known as one of the best isolating materials to protect against the heat and against the cold. Also the roof has been very well isolated with roof panels of a thickness of 16cm and an aluminium isolation foil.

The large living area permits you to divide the interior to suit your requirements!

To give an example; living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a complete separate apartment would be one of the many possibilities.

Already taken into account is the possibility to install reversible floor heating/cooling.
