This semi- detached natural stone house is a typical example of a Provençal style country house, situated within walking distance of the picturesque hillside village of Mons.
There is a small amount of commerce in the village with some excellent restaurants.
The neighbouring, popular village of Fayence is 20 minutes away by car. Here you will find a great variety of small shops, restaurants, bars, art galleries, supermarket, weekly markets, communal swimming pool and tennis court, gliding centre.
In the vicinity you could discover the mountain-rivers and their beautiful gorges Siagne and Siagnole.
Hiking, horse riding, mountain biking, water sports at Lac de St. Cassien, golf are some of the leisure activities in the area.

The house is set in large and tranquil gardens (15000m2) where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the village of Mons and the mountains. The interior of the house can be described as rustic.
The left part of the house is occupied by the owner, an older single lady who will be delighted to welcome you into your holiday home, yet the layout of the house ensures your privacy!

Living room - Bright living room with sitting area, open plan dining area, fire place.
Kitchen – Includes fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine.
Bedrooms - One double bedroom is situated on the ground floor and one double bedroom on the first floor.
Mezzanine with a single bed, suitable for a child.
Bathroom - The ground floor bathroom comprises of a washbasin, bidet, bath with hand shower. Separate toilet.
The first floor bathroom comprises of a double wash basin, shower, bidet and toilet.
Grounds - Covered patio with outside dining furniture, BBQ, boules area, lounge chairs, private grounds and parking places.

Extra facilities – Television, radio, cot and high chair are available.
Notes – Changeover day is usually Saturday, although we try to be as flexible as possible to meet your requirements.
Prices are inclusive of electricity and water in main season.
Optional; end of stay cleaning can be arranged and hire of bed linen and towels is possible.
