This natural stone built villa (130m2) is quietly situated in the commune of Callian.
The village centre is a 5 minutes drive away and is one of the oldest villages in the Var, nestled in the hills and built around its feudal castle. Well worth a visit!!

The house is set in romantic private gardens of 2500m2 with swimming pool, 2 fish ponds with water lilies, large, sunny and partly covered terrace where you can relax and enjoy the pretty scenery!
Living room – Cosy beamed living room with comfortable sofas opens onto the sunny terrace overlooking the pool area.
The separate dining room comfortably seats 6 and opens onto the partly covered flagstone terraced area, where you can dine outside. A nice feature near the outside dining furniture is an authentic pizza oven.
Kitchen – Well equipped kitchen includes hob, oven, dishwasher and utility area with fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave, with again direct access to the terrace.
Bedrooms- The main spacious ground floor bedroom comprises a king size bed, flat screen television and a desk with internet connection for your convenience.
On the first floor you will find the second, romantic double bedroom and the third, very cosy double bedroom with separate toilet and wash basin.
Bathroom – Comprises bath with hand shower and wash basin.
Separate toilet on the ground and first floor.
Grounds and swimming pool – Large sunny terraces with sun beds, swimming pool of 9 x 4 and of 1.60m uniformed depth complete with exterior shower. The pool area is partially surrounded by an ornamental Roman style barrier, gazebo complete with additional garden furniture, BBQ.
Private parking places available for 2 cars.
Extra facilities – Several TV’s, DVD player, radio, internet connection.
Notes – Changeover day is Saturday.
Rental prices are inclusive of electricity and gas, maintenance of the pool.
Hire of bed linen and towels is possible.
Pets are welcome.
