Bastide Peyron du Bouquet is located 4 kilometres from the centre of Seillans on a side track off the road to Bargemon.
Seillans has been classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France and is steeped in history. Well worth a visit!
The house (125m2) is a natural stone built house, which means it remains cool in summer.
The house has been carefully renovated to retain its ancient features.
It is situated on a huge estate of terraced grounds of 16 ha!!
The views from the house are truly breathtaking and on a clear day you can see all the way to the coast.
The surroundings are very quiet and private.

Living room – On ground floor level you will find the bright and cosy living room with stable doors and a natural stone wall as special features.
Kitchen – Well equipped American style kitchen with breakfast area, fridge/freezer, dish washer, washing machine, microwave, oven and hob and direct access to the South facing flagstone terrace with outside dining furniture and BBQ.
Bedrooms – On the first floor there is a twinned bedroom, again with a natural built stone wall and stunning views and a cosy double bedroom.
On the second floor you will find another twinned beamed bedroom.
Bathrooms – Situated on the first floor the bathroom consists of bath, toilet, bidet and wash basin.
On the second floor the bathroom consists of shower area, toilet and wash basin.
Grounds and swimming pool – 50 metres from the house there is access to the sunny 12 x 5 metres fenced swimming pool with lawn area, covered terrace area with dining furniture, drinks fridge and separate toilet.
The swimming pool is related to the owners’ house, but you will have the privacy and exclusive use of the pool and its surroundings during your stay.
Again the views near the pool are breathtaking!!
Extra facilities – Television with French channels.
Notes – Changeover day is Saturday, although we try to be as flexible as possible to meet your requirements.
Rental prices are inclusive of provision of linen and towels, electricity in main season, cleaning prior to and after your stay and maintenance of the pool.
