Living room – On the first floor you will find a light and spacious open plan living and dining area with comfortable sofas and large dining table, a cosy fireplace and French windows that open onto the partially covered terrace with dining furniture where you can enjoy the beautiful views and the garden with its quaint water feature.
Kitchen –Connected with the living area, the kitchen is well equipped with oven/microwave, fridge, freezer, hob and dishwasher.
Bedrooms – Situated on the ground floor there is a lovely king size bedroom, a charming double bedroom and a twin bedroom.
Bathroom – Situated on the ground floor the bathroom is a very spacious area with double shower, wash basin and toilet.
Separate second toilet.
Utility room – washing machine, dryer, extra wash basin.
Grounds and swimming pool – Large, very privately situated Roman style swimming pool surrounded by sunny terraces with sun beds.
For your convenience there is a gazebo complete with additional dining furniture, BBQ.
The pool is fenced to ensure your children’s safety.

Extra facilities – Satellite television with UK channels, surround-sound television, DVD.
Notes – Changeover day is Friday, although this is more flexible out of main season.
Rental prices are inclusive of provision of linen and towels, electricity, cleaning prior to and after your stay, interim cleaning and linen change for rentals of more than one week, maintenance of the pool.
