Mas des Ormeaux is set in large, tranquil and beautifully landscaped flat gardens of 3500m2. The private pool is fenced ensuring your children’s safety.
The villa is tastefully decorated and all rooms are on ground floor level which makes this villa and surrounding grounds particularly suitable for all ages. In addition there are several covered and sun terraces around the house with dining furniture and sun beds so you have a choice of sunny or shady areas to relax and enjoy.
Living room – Spacious living room with comfortable sofas and satellite television for your convenience.
Kitchen – Well equipped oak kitchen includes fridge freezer, hob, oven and microwave.
French windows lead to a conservatory with dining furniture.
Bedrooms – There are 2 tastefully decorated double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all of them with wardrobes.
One of the bedrooms boasts an en suite bathroom and there is a family shower room.
Bathrooms - The first bathroom comprises of a bath/shower, toilet and wash basin.
The family shower room comprises of a shower area, wash basin and toilet.
Laundry room – Washing machine.
Grounds and swimming pool– Large South West facing swimming pool of 10 x 5 m.
