Villa Mimosa is a very attractive, spacious Provençal villa, set in tranquil surroundings with superb views of the Esterel Mountains.
Here you will find peace, yet it is only 5 minutes away by car from the charming medieval village of Seillans, which has been classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France!

Villa Mimosa offers you the perfect balance of modern and antique furnishings, combined with all the modern amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Living room – On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with dining area, comfortable sofas with a cosy fireplace and French windows that open directly onto the flag stoned pool terrace.
Kitchen – Separate, spacious well equipped kitchen with American fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
Again, French windows lead directly to the pool terrace with lovely patio furniture and sun loungers.
Bedrooms – Situated on the ground floor, there is a large, sunny bedroom with access to the pool terrace. This room comprises of a king size bed that also can be used as a twin bedroom.
A cosy twin bedroom is also situated on the ground floor.
On the first floor you will find a large and sunny double bedroom with full en suite bathroom.
Bathrooms - One bathroom comprises of a bath/shower, wash basin and toilet, the other bathroom comprises of a bath, shower area, wash basin and toilet.
Separate toilet with hand wash basin on the ground floor.
Grounds and swimming pool– South facing 10 x 5m salt water infinity pool with superb views of the Esterel Mountains.
The pool is surrounded by a large flagstone terrace complete with sun loungers.
In addition, there is a covered outdoor dining area with lovely patio furniture and BBQ.
At the lower level of the garden you will find a decked area with garden furniture and a wonderful waterfall that spills over from the swimming pool.
Plenty of parking places.
Extra facilities – Flat screen television with UK channels, DVD player, internet access, radio, CD player.
Notes – Changeover day is Saturday. Prices are inclusive of use of electricity, cleaning prior to and after your stay and maintenance of the swimming pool.
On bookings of more than one week, a weekly linen change is included.
The layout of the gardens make this property unsuitable for small children.
