Roquebrune-sur-Argens has retained a lot of its ancient charm. You will find a variety of little shops, restaurants, art galleries in old cobbled streets and you can enjoy the views of the spectacular red cliffs ‘the Rocher de Roquebrune’!
Nearest beaches of St. Aygulf and Fréjus are just 15 minutes away by car.
Cycling to St. Aygulf is possible via a designated cycle path.
Close to the villa is a tennis court, children playground and boules area.
Walking, waterskiing, golf and horse riding are just some examples of the activities that are possible in the vicinity of the villa............................

The dining area has a beautiful wooden dining table with ample dining chairs.
French windows open onto a partially covered flagstone terrace with seating arrangement where you can enjoy the views of the garden.
Kitchen – The modern well equipped kitchen includes fridge/freezer, hob, microwave/oven, dish washer, washing machine and breakfast area.
Bedrooms – A cosy twin- bedded room with high quality beds, a double bedroom with wardrobe and again with a high quality bed to add to your comfort.
Insect screens and fans in both bedrooms.
Bathroom - Modern and spacious, complete with shower area and double wash basin.
Separate toilet with wash basin.
Studio - The studio is located separately and consists of a twin- bedded room with toilet, shower and wash basin.
Grounds - The enclosed grounds are a typical example of the vegetation in the Provence with
oleanders, pine, cork oaks and a palm tree.
There are plenty of trees in the garden to ensure you have a choice of sunny and shady spots.
The mosaic tiled pool of 8 x 4/5 m has salt water which is soft on the skin and the pool is surrounded by sunny flagstone terraces with sun beds and outside dining furniture.
Extra facilities - LCD TV, satellite television, DVD player, modern BBQ, broadband internet connection.
Notes - Changeover day is Sunday, although we try to be as flexible as possible, out of main season, to meet your requirements.
Prices are inclusive of electricity, maintenance of the pool and provision of linen and towels.
