Mas des Oliviers is a tastefully decorated Provençal villa of 125 m2 with all the modern amenities to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible!!
Living room – On the main floor, the cosy, beamed living/dining room with fireplace opens onto a covered balcony with superb views.
Kitchen – Separate, fully equipped oak kitchen includes fridge/freezer, hob, oven, grill, microwave and dishwasher.
Bedrooms – The spacious main bedroom comprises of a king size bed with views to the gardens, one lovely twin bedroom with views to the pool, a cosy double bedroom with French windows that open onto the front terrace and an attic bedroom with 2 single beds great for children/teenagers. All bedrooms have cooling fans.
Laundry room – Washing machine.
Bathrooms – 1 bathroom comprises of bath, a wash basin, bidet and toilet, 1 bathroom comprises of shower area, a wash basin and toilet.
Grounds and swimming pool –You can enjoy the privacy of the pool and garden from a choice of sunny and shady areas. The terraces of the 10m x 5m pool with beach chairs adjoin the summer kitchen, which has all you need for poolside living; BBQ, fridge, cooker, crockery, glasses, dining furniture for all those outside drinks and meals!
Boules and table tennis in the garden.
Plenty of parking places.
Extra facilities – Telephone, internet access, video player, CD player, radio, satellite and cable television, DVD, audio tape player. Linen and towels (not beach) are provided.
Notes – Changeover day usually Saturday, although this is more flexible out of main season.
Prices are inclusive of electricity, gas and cleaning prior to and after your stay.
On bookings of more than one week, there is a weekly linen change and short interim cleaning included.
Discounts available for parties of 4 or less out of peak season, please ask.
Long lets also available.
The layout of the house and gardens make it unsuitable for toddler age children.
