La Faventia is situated in a small, quiet residential area near Fayence, offering you tranquility and enjoyable views to this charming village, one of the medieval hill villages on the edge of the Provençal Plateau.

Your holiday villa La Faventia is spacious (around 120m2) and well equipped throughout. All rooms are on ground floor level, which makes this villa particularly suitable for all ages.
Living room - Spacious lounge with seating arrangements for 8 people, dining area with French windows that open onto the sunny terrace and garden.
Kitchen – Well equipped lovely oak kitchen includes fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher and washing machine, with easy access to your terrace should you wish to dine outside.
Bedrooms - 2 charming double bedrooms and 2 cosy twin bedrooms, all equipped with large built-in wardrobes.
Bathrooms - 1 bathroom comprises of bath and two wash basins, 1 bathroom comprises of shower area, toilet and a wash basin, a separate toilet.
Grounds – Lovely, large enclosed garden of 1200m2 around the villa with a south west facing terrace complete with patio furniture and BBQ.
Shaded front terrace and private parking.
Pool - The swimming pool with separate splashing pool for small children and a tennis court are a couple of minutes walk away and are specifically available for the use of people staying in the domaine, including La Faventia.
Extra facilities – Satellite television, radio.
Notes – Changeover day usually Saturday, although we try to be as flexible as possible to meet your requirements.
In high season prices are inclusive of use of electricity and water. Linen and towels are readily available.
