Villa Rosier is situated just below the charming medieval hillside village of Callian.
Callian is one of the oldest villages in the Var!
From the villa you can walk up a hill to the village to stroll through its charming, typical Provençal streets where you can purchase your daily shopping, enjoy a meal in a choice of restaurants or enjoy a drink on the lovely village square, near a small cool waterfall.

The interior of villa Rosier is a tasteful combination of modern, with a touch of antique furnishings, and is finished to a very high standard!
The bright and sunny living room is very much connected to the outdoors area with its beautiful garden, private pool, spa and delightful views!
Living room - On the main floor there is a spacious living room with open plan dining area and kitchen.
The sunny living area has comfortable sofas, open fire with a stone mantelpiece, flat screen television with Sky TV and surround sound system.
Sliding glass doors open onto the sunny flagstone terraces with spa overlooking the garden and pool area.
The dining area has a cosy wooden farmers table that comfortably seats 8.
Kitchen – The modern open plan kitchen with plenty of storage space includes large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dish washer, 5 ring hob.
French windows give direct access to the large flagstone terrace complete with canopy, outside wooden dining furniture and BBQ.
Bedrooms – On the main floor area there is a spacious double bedroom with full length built-in wardrobe, flat screen television, suitable for watching DVD’s, French windows that open onto the terrace and en suite bathroom.
The second bedroom is the children’s room with bunk beds, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Separate shower room.
On the lower floor area there is a cosy twinned bedroom with wooden built-in wardrobe.
A double bedroom with antique wooden wardrobe and chest of drawers.
French windows give access to a covered terrace complete with seating arrangement.
Separate bathroom.
Bathrooms - Bathroom 1 (master en suite) comprises bath with hand shower, large shower area with 2 ‘rain’ showers, toilet and double wash basin.
Bathroom 2 (main floor) comprises wash basin, toilet and shower.
Bathroom 3 (lower floor) comprises bath, toilet, shower and wash basin.
Study- On the lower floor area there is a study with large desk, flat screen television, suitable for watching DVD’s, sofa and French windows that give direct access to a covered terrace.
Laundry room – Washing machine, dryer, sink, additional fridge.
Grounds – A mosaic tiled salt water swimming pool of 11 x 5,5m with Roman steps surrounded by large flagstone sun terraces with sun loungers, spa at terrace level.
With your children’s safety in mind the spa has an alarm, the pool a security cover, the terraces are fenced and the garden is enclosed.
The garden has very well maintained grassed terraces with typical Provençal ancient olive trees and aromatic lavender bushes.

Extra facilities – LCD TV with surround sound system and satellite television includes Sky channels, DVD player, a further 2 TV’s, suitable for watching DVD’s.

Notes – Changeover day is Saturday, although we try to be as flexible as we can outside the main season to meet your requirements.
Rental prices are inclusive of provision of linen and towels, electricity, cleaning prior to and after your stay and maintenance of the pool.
For stays greater than 1 week interim cleaning and linen change are included.
Additional charges for electricity for heating may be made between October and April inclusive.
