This spacious Provençal villa is peacefully situated within walking distance of the charming, medieval hillside village of Callian.
Built around its feudal castle Callian is one of the oldest villages in the Var!
All the basics can be purchased in the village and you can enjoy a drink or meal outside on the lovely village square, near a small cool waterfall.

The villa comfortably accommodates 8 people (250m2), is built on 3 floors with a large South-West facing partially covered terrace where you can dine outside and enjoy the magnificent views over the mountain ranges.
The villa is finished and furnished to a very high quality to add to your comfort.

The privacy of the South-West facing swimming pool and secluded garden (4000m2) can be enjoyed from a choice of sunny and shady areas.
The large separate terrace of the 8 x 4 m pool affords magnificent views and is enclosed by wrought iron railings and a gate to ensure your children’s safety.
Entrance floor (terrace level)
Living room – Spacious bright living room with comfortable sofas, open log fire and dining area with French windows opens onto the terrace.
Kitchen – Separate, fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer with again, direct access to the terrace.
Bedroom 1 – Comprises a king size bed, wardrobe and French windows to the terrace.
Bathroom 1 – Comprises bath/shower, wash basin and toilet.
Utility area – Washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, additional drinks fridge.
Separate toilet.
First floor
Mezzanine – This area, complete with a large desk and WIFI internet access can be used as an office, for your convenience.
Bedroom 2 – A cosy twin bedded room complete with large wardrobe.
Bathroom 2 – Comprises bath/shower, wash basin, bidet and toilet.
Ground floor
Sitting room – In between bedroom 3 & 4 there is a sitting room with sofas, television with French and UK satellite channels, DVD and video player. French windows give direct access to the garden.
Bedroom 3 – Comprises a double bed, large wardrobe and French windows to the garden.
Bathroom 3 – En suite bathroom with bath, wash basin, separate shower and toilet.
Bedroom 4 – A twin bedded room complete with wardrobe and French windows to the garden.
Bathroom 4 – Comprises a shower, wash basin and toilet.
Grounds and swimming pool – The garden is grassed terraces with oak and olive trees, lawn and terrace at ground floor level.
The 8 x 4 m pool is surrounded by a large flagstone terrace complete with sun loungers.
Around the house are several seating arrangements, BBQ and plenty of parking places.
Extra facilities – Television with French and UK satellite channels, DVD and video player, CD player.
Linen, towels and beach towels are provided.
Two cots and high chairs are available.
Notes – Changeover day is Saturday.
Prices are inclusive of electricity, cleaning prior to and after your stay, maintenance of the pool, although additional charges for electricity for heating may be made between October and April inclusive. On bookings of more than one week, there is an interim linen change included.
