The apartment is only around 150 metres away from the sandy beach!
The coast line of Saint Maxime has many sandy beaches varying in size.
On the beach of La Nartelle you can practice many water sports to your heart’s content.
The beach of La Madrague has a few rock formations.
The beach Pengouin le Bleu offers a beautiful view of Saint Tropez.
From the harbour of St. Maxime there are several excursions possible, including a water taxi or ferry to Saint Tropez.
Saint Maxime itself is a picturesque town with many little shops, restaurants, Provençal and other markets, casino.
For children there are plenty of possibilities to enjoy themselves. For example Aqualand water park in St. Maxime.
There is a beautiful 18 holes golf course with magnificent views of the bay and there are many other golf courses in the area.

The apartment itself is located on the ground floor with a South facing spacious terrace overlooking the courtyard.
The apartment is finished to a high quality with air conditioning that can be regulated separately in each room ensuring perfect climate control.
All rooms open onto the spacious terrace.

Kitchen – Fully equipped modern kitchen includes fridge/freezer compartment, microwave/oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds and again a large built-in wardrobe.
Bathrooms - The bathroom comprises a bath with hand shower and double wash basin.

Extra facilities – 2 TV’s, DVD player, air conditioning, private parking in underground car park, videophone, cot and high chair.
Notes – Changeover day is usually Saturday, although we try to be as flexible as possible to meet your requirements.
Prices in main season are inclusive of electricity.
Hire of bed linen and towels is possible.
